By understanding your individualised health and lifestyle risk , you may be in a better position to make informed decisions around your health.

Everybody’s health is individual and personal to them. So, we believe Health Assessments should be personalised. The Orial Clinic will guide you through our assessment, which offers a targeted Holistic Health Screen. This aims to assess individual risk and offer specific strategies to: live better; manage your health and wellbeing; reduce your risk of unexpected diseases and identify any pitfalls early.

Once you have an in-depth picture of your current health, you can tailor your lifestyle to help prevent problems, but also be in a position to spot emerging problems early.

Understanding your Health Assessment
Prior to commencing your assessment, we ask you to fill out a questionnaire. This helps us understand your personalised and family history, your individual concerns and other factors influencing your health to provide a foundation to make positive changes.

Once we have collated this, we can develop an optimal and individualised health strategy for you focusing on prevention and early detection of illness.

After the Assessment:
After assessment, we make recommendations for the long term. Some will be immediate; some via a stepwise targeted approach, and others which will change over a period of time, as our approaches are modified depending on your life stage.
Where necessary we can refer you to our trusted Specialist Experts or the NHS if preferred.

Adjustments may be related to :
-
Diet & Nutrition
-
Stress
-
Posture, Movement & Activity
-
Bio-hacking to improve Blood Profile Markers
-
Prevention of Diabetes
-
Cardio-Vascular Risk Reduction
-
Personalised Risk Reduction
All to give you complete peace of mind that you are doing everything you can to preserve your health.

* No health assessment can pick up every illness which may develop, as some may be too early to detect at the time of assessment and so undetectable. Some conditions occur abruptly and are undetectable until the time they occur. This way, no health screen can ever be a fully diagnostic process, but at The Orial Clinic, we feel our personalised health assessment is appropriately geared to assess baseline risk and empower men to take their health into their own hands
